Silvia Chudnovsky

Silvia Chudnovsky, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina relocating to Florida in 1965; She rapidly sought out the skills and experience to create distinction and a motto for herself as a professional real estate agent that ‘has the experience that is not expensive, it’s priceless!” Here’s why! 

 

At the age of 19, Silvia formed a company that provided many opportunities and successful experiences abroad. She also earned her degree in Psychology from the University of Miami in 1980, which empowered her to reach further her goals. Utilizing her international connections, Silvia sought out high-end commercial and luxury residential real estate sales as a licensed agent in 1987. As a Certified International Property Specialist (CIP) and a member of ‘by invitation only’ Master Brokers Forum, Silvia has successfully negotiated motel, hotels, warehouse, and new developer building sales as well as specializing in high-end residential condominiums and home sales in and out of the country. She also holds accreditations as a Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) and her performance in the top 10% of her market, has earned her the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation for business with affluent buyers and sellers. 

 

Fluent in Spanish, Silvia is always flexible and conscientious to fulfill the needs of her clients and community. For many years She was a liaison for the Bahamas with the Miami Beach Association of Realtors® and today, she serves on the Board of Hadassah Greater Miami, as the Chair of Major Gifts
